Event Prep is a boutique full-service wedding planning, design, and production company dedicated to guiding families through one of life’s most meaningful celebrations. We believe that a well-planned wedding isn’t just about beautiful details—it’s about creating a seamless, intentional experience that allows couples and their loved ones to be fully present in the moment.

Known for skillfully blending timeless traditions with personal touches, we take a thoughtful approach to every wedding, ensuring each event reflects the couple’s story while honoring the significance of the day. From the first consultation to the final farewell, we focus on curating the right team of vendors, designing a cohesive vision, and managing every logistical detail with care.

MEET CASSANDRA

Hi, I’m Cassandra—the owner and lead designer of Event Prep.

With over a decade of experience in the wedding industry, I’ve built my career on blending timeless design with effortless style, creating events that feel both refined and deeply personal. I believe a wedding should be more than just beautiful—it should feel like you. From curating the perfect vendor team to crafting a seamless timeline, my role is to handle every detail so you and your family can truly enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime season.

My favorite moment of a wedding day? The recessional—when you and your partner walk hand in hand for the first time as a married couple, surrounded by the people who love you most, cheering in pure joy. It’s a moment of celebration, love, and the beginning of something incredible. And for me, that’s what makes this work so meaningful. I don’t just plan weddings—I build relationships. Some of my favorite moments happen after the wedding, when a bride asks, "Can we still be friends in real life?" The answer is always yes. In many ways, my clients and their families become a little part of my own.

As much as I love the fast-paced world of weddings, my heart is at home with my husband, Ryan, and our two boys, August and Calvin. We’re soaking up the toddler years and prioritizing raising them to be kind, curious, and well-rounded. When I’m not designing weddings, you can find me enjoying a glass of wine, planning our next getaway, or browsing Home Goods for the perfect finishing touch.

I can’t wait to meet you, hear your story, and bring your dream wedding to life with both expertise and care—like a trusted friend who just happens to be really good at planning weddings.
